Delivery

Delivery £3.95 to UK mainland only.

Free delivery to UK mainland on orders £35 and above.

International shipment can be accommodated, please use the contact details provided for a quote.  Postage will be determined by the weight and value of the order.

The very nature of 'made to order' means the item is made specifically for you. The majority of orders are currently processed within 7-10 days (often sooner) and then dispatched, therefore please allow 10-14 days to receive your order.   Should you require your item(s) sooner then please send a direct message with the details and it will be accommodated as best as possible.

Returns

This is a made to order business, meaning once fabric is cut to specific order requirements, it can no longer be used for anything else.  

However, should a purchase be returned in its unworn and original condition I can offer an exchange to a different size or product of the same value. 

If this is the case:

• Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

• Dispatch the item back within: 30 days of delivery

 

I'm afraid I don't accept cancellations once an order is placed as I will begin work on it promptly, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Personalised orders

• Sale items 

• Items returned showing signs of laundering or wear. These will be returned back to the buyer.

 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
